Williams has to perform well consistently first for the 20s, he is only 18 and just signed full time, he looks a talented player but he might not even turn out as good as Thackray who was also a talented player who didnt quite make it, think people are jumping the gun with a player because we desperately want to produce a local 7, he's way off first team but is one to keep an eye out for.
