Warrington make a profit. Wigan's loss before depreciation and impairment was only £40k, and since then they've won the league with a +1,600 increase in average gates, so all things being equal, that won't send them backwards financially. Interesting you choose to exclude the most successful SL club of the last 5 years who rake in the profits. But apart from that, great point, well made.

Either that or they're saving cash by doing everything on the cheap!

Last year our Loss was less then anticipated and less then the previous years and with luck that loss will be less this year. Since we got into SL we've had so much to pay for to catch up with the rest of SL. Our outgoing should effectively be less every year. I think 3/4 years down the line we'll be in a healthy position.
