WHY NOT BUILD THE 40,000 SEATER STADIUM IN THE EAST. PLENTY OF LAND IN AND AROUND THE NEW CRAVEN PARK OR EVEN OFF STAITHES ROAD.

I would say with the docks regeneration and business coming to the city it would be perfect on the old Humbrol site. Easy access and plenty of land.

I'd still not want Rovers to play in it, how daft would 32,000 empty seats look!!!
