Showed his submission game against quality wrestlers like sonnen and Hendo..
Ju jitsu guys have to be picked apart for 5 rounds because they cant get him anywere near the ground (maia, lates etc)
And as for standup strikers...well stand up if you dare!!! (leben, griffin, belfort.franklin)
My cash would be on Silva all the way!!!
This is a sport for drunken bouncers who aren't good enough to be proper martial artists or as rich, famour and powerful as boxers. All of you people should grow up.
The Independant says: Today the east, which contains the biggest council estate in Europe, is poor, a place of high unemployment and low expectation. The west, which has the city centre and the university, is posh and prosperous. In the Nineties when both teams were not doing well, and the obvious thing to the money men was a merger, the response from both sides was the same: "We're black, we're white, we'll never merge with poop".

Are you from New york? You are clearly uneducated on the sport, as arguably MMA needs a broader skillset than boxing. TBH in regards to the british MMA scene maybe some still see it as 'drunken bouncers', however Britain is producing some fine Fighters who trust me mate will be earning a bit more than you and me.
Ignoring our Lord... I'm tempted that with the trash Rivera (sp) has been talking Bisping could finish him too and early, aswell as Rivera being overated imo.
As for Fitch vs penn, fitch is odds on for a decision but depends again on which BJ appears and if he can keep up with fitch over 3.
Take G-Sot for a win too, that guy is far too underated.

Ha ha what a rinhart you are.....Yeah boxing is definately better then mma.....infact id pay for ringside seats to watch james toney attempt to throw a punch like a drunken bouncer again only to have his fat ass dumped on the canvas and humiliated for under 5 minutes...What an athlete....
Oooooooooooooold FAITHFUL!!!

Bisping Rnd 1 is 3/1 with Skybet.
Would love to see him win early, but everything Riveira has said is right, Bisping hasnt knocked anyone out for ages, and his gameplan for the past 10 fights has been jab and move away, with a few other combinations.

Not exactly ages...2 unanimous decision wins and a close loss to wanderlei...before that a convincing tko against denis kang!!
If you look at alot of the top fighters...gsp,anderson,edgar and even in boxing calzaghe, mayweather etc they win most of there fights by decision....its fighting clever...
Do u want him to wade in for the ko and get clipped be a big hook just 4 an exciting fight...
I think bispings a clever fighter and i hope he sticks to his game plan and doesnt get caught up in all this trash talk crap!!

Im not knocking him as a fighter, just stating that what Rivera said was in reality, correct. He didnt wade in against Dan Henderson, and look where he ended up there. I just wish he would go back to his Cage Rage days, when he hit someone, he followed it up and went on the warpath. Now, he hits someone, throws a nice combination then backs away.
Anyway, judging by the video of the weigh ins, this is the most pumped up Bisping has been for a long time. So hopefully, it will be a good fight.
Anybody any fancies in the Penn vs Fitch fight. On Junkie all the Yanks feel it will be a walk in the park for Fitch, but I think BJ has the punching prowess to knock him out.
And.... shame about Paul Daley missing weight at BAMMA this weekend. Making his fight no longer a title fight. He came in 400g over weight, and there is no 1lb catchment area in title fights. A few stories that the hotel where the fighters were staying, they wernt allowed to use the sauna or something and had to travel to another hotel to use theirs.
