No, Catalans have only ever had max 8 overseas players. Although Crusaders only had 8 overseas players in the team last week so Potter's rant is a bit stupid.

No mention of all Hull KR over seas signings in that article. And they have had 100 years plus to nurture home grown talent . Perhaps Australian coaches should be included in that quota, especially the whinger's
