Bradford council needs to pull its finger out.
Theres 2 well supported clubs in Bradford, both with stadium needs.
As we know Odsal needs properly updating and Bradford City are playing in a Stadium they don't own and Can't really afford to play in due to very high rent.
I wonder how much money these clubs have brought into the local economy from away support and Sponsorship over the years. If there were no pro clubs in Bradford, why else would anybody ever want to visit the place. The last 10 years the council have brought the city to its knees, you can't even do a good shop there anymore!
The best way forward is a Shared stadium. I know a lot of City fans won't be happy with that..but tufff! A stadium what would be used all year round.
Any way if all fails you can all join us at Dewsbury, we'll be happy to fit 2000 of you in, but the rest of you will have to sit on the fence.

I know what you mean Adey, just like they always seem to get in government! Like I've always said, it doesn't who you vote for it's always the government/council who gets in. :DEPRESSED:

It's not just Bulls fans though is it, it is everyone who lives here. Bradford Council are slowly letting the whole city get demolished bit by bit. Maybe when there is nothing left, they will be happy.

We should be inspired by the scenes in Egypt, etc. Get down to City Hall and overthrow the useless t**ts.

Bradford Council and what they're doing (or not doing) to the City were a major reason in me moving out of the city last year. Utterly and completely useless they are.

That's actually a fine statement TT; I particularly like the word "representatives". Sadly, when we vote in "representatives", to represent us, they then unilaterally convince themselves that they are our "leaders" rather than our representatives and begin to tell us to do what they want, rather than what we actually wanted.

We call, this system 'democracy', which it more or less is, since we do vote (well some of us do), but all we get are some dictators who tell us what they think we want to hear in order to get elected, and then tell us what to do for the next five years. Roll on the next set

I have always wondered how our representatives decide priorities in voting. The three things they have to balance are the party whip, their own personal feelings on an issue and what the majority of their constituents want. When those three things are all onthe same side of an issue - fine. If they are not - which takes priority?

They do what their party tells them. The views of the people they are supposed to represent come way down on the list.

(and I feel fine)
