Siddal's last game at The Shay vs Swinton drew a very healthy crowd with a limited number of travelling Supporters. They also took at least 600 to Doncaster last season.

Nothing to do with Halifax RL, the stadium is run by the council, so you are right about the brewery!

Think this is an appalling idea from a Fax point of view. The risk of injury to players in the final game of the day is considerable, especially considering that Town play on it the day before and the drainage is shocking at the best of times. If it is wet this pitch will cut up like Fred Elliot, I say Fred Elliot. Beswick broke his ankle last season just by turning awkwardly - exactly the sort of injury that can happen on a pitch full of divots.
