We had him pre-season v Salford, and although we came out on top (pen count, not the result!) it was a day ruined by him. Approx 28 pens that day, 2 sin bins and a red card. It was a friendly FFS!

The game will be a lottery.

Rather get one of his games out the way now, against another one of the 'small 10' (well, if there's a 'big 4'...)

We have Silverwood who was just as useless in our pre-season game against Wakefield giving 20+ penalties.

Let's welcome him with a nice "best ref in superleague.." chant.

What's happened to Child?

When he first started in SL he seemed quite decent. Then, half way into his first season he discovered the whistle.

Having said that, evidence from fans of Championship clubs on the VT seem to indicate we just got lucky for half a season.

I think it's since he has grown sum facial hair and put a few ounces on them skinny legs maybe he has grown a pair and thought that's it I'm taking control, bet all the other refs are his bitches.....

I remember on boots'n'all, they said to Cullen "Justin Morgan has suggested some of these referees should drop down to the national league and learn the game" and asked "what do you think about that?" to which Cullen replied "I absolutely disagree {comedy pause} why should we have them?"
