Where did you hear that? Seems a bit unlikely, AFAIK he was still on the pitch at the end! Hope to god it's just malicious gossip, would be a disaster if true

That rumour is a bit of a double whammy of bullshot though. At least make it realistic.

IF he's out for 12 weeks that still leave 13 weeks to the end of the regular season so he's hardly likely to be paid off.

He was hobbling around quite badly at the end of the game.

I was told he was injured but don't think its as bad as the OP suggested.

Certainly nothing confirmed but what wouldn't be even remotely true would be Dobson getting paid off. Dobson is an amazing player for Rovers and I'd hope he'll be at the club for many many years to come.

It would be an expensive pay off considering he's contracted until 30.11.2012!
