With the problems Leeds had during the game Hull should have beaten them, I think on the two outings so far Hull are going to struggle to get higher than 8th, but they could improve once Obst settles in as he has skills they have been missing lately.
Long is a shadow of his former self, he was good in a good Saints side, but looks ordinary in poor Hull side.

YES ALL I CAN SAY IS ITS LUCKY FOR HULL TEAMS LIKE WAKEFIELD AND CRUSADERS HAVE BEEN DOCKED POINTS OTHERWISE IT COULD BE WOODEN SPOON TIME FOR OUR IRREGULAR HOOPED FRIENDS. IT SEEMS ITS GOING HORRIBLY WRONG FOR AGAR AND HIS CHARGERS. OKAY THEY HAVE O MELEY AND TOM BRISCOE, WHITING ALWAYS SEEMS TO GIVE HIS WHOLE BUT AS FOR THE REST OF THE THEM WELL THE MOTHER OF ALL CLEAROUTS COMES TO MIND. STILL I HAVE GOT TO GIVE THE HULL CROWD CREDIT FOR TURNING UP IN THEIR NUMBERS TO WATCH THAT poop. QUESTION COMES TO MIND THOUGH IF THEY WERE STILL AT THE BOULEVARD WOULD THEY TURN UP IN SUCH NUMBERS I DOUBT IT. ITS ONE POOR SIGNING AFTER ANOTHER WHY??? A TEAM LIKE HULL SHOULD BE ATTRACTING MASSIVE SIGNINGS SLATER LOCKYER AND THE LIKE BUT NONE OF THESE TYPES SEEM TO WANT TO PUT PEN TO PAPER. ANYWAY I SAY GIVE AGAR A CHANCE IN TIME HE MAY WITH THE BACKING OF THE BOARD PUT HULL BACK IN THE MIX WITH THE BIG BOYS AND MAYBE EVEN CHALLENGE ROVERS.

Leeds showed a lot of grit after loosing three players but I thought their attack in the 20m area wasn't a patch on Rovers.
Agreed. Leeds have shown a total lack of ideas in the 20m area without Magire. Leeds kicking game is awful. When the Rhinos attack at pace from distance they are awsome and the young lads Watkins and Jones-Bishop will be a threat this season.
And last but not least, to all those people who wrote this team off. To all those people who critisized this team...tonight's for you.

I dont think it is because FC are poor I think last week they had a good defence line & set up that was unlocked by very good play from rovers, last night they were beaten by a good Leeds side as a lot of other teams will be this year. They will come good as for Rovers we may get an insight as to how we will go after the wire game. I think a lot of the so called experts have ignored both Hull sides in the season reviews. I just hope our opponants do the same.
