I wouldn't swap for ability as Briers is superior. I'd swap them based on age on longevity.

Briers was quality 8 years ago as he is now, hes one of the best in S/L. there isnt many more wily half backs than him out there, at the minute Dobson is the young pretender to the throne, hes good but IMHO not yet as crafty as Briers, but that will come with experience. id certainly be happy if Dobsons career took the same path as Bries has.
