It ain't gonna help Wakefield short term long term or any term.

Any money is paid to the administrators who use it to pay creditors.

But one could argue the creditors deserve any money they can get.

Makes you wonder how solid this takeover at Wakefield really is.

Are we?

It's a tough one this, I can see both sides. Short term this looks awful for Wakey fans but is there anyone who seriously thinks they haven't already gone? The RFL have already stated that one Championship club is going to be given a licence and although I don't think they've categorically stated that someone will definitely go can anyone seriously see Wakey in SL next season?

The administrators only have a responsibility to the creditors but perhaps the Spirit Of 1873 Group are already thinking about how the club will have to be restructured? This season is already a write off for Wakey, it was before this due to Ted Richardson you only have to look at their lack of recruitment to see this, Kear obviously could, he tried to get himself off to Catalans.

I can't seriously see Huddersfield being in for Wakey's academy, they've got a pretty decent one of their own, but again, are Wakey really going to have the funds, short term to actually run one, we certainly never had. If so, then these lads will have to go to other clubs or be lost to the sport.

The whole situation does leave a bad taste but imho, I would suggest it's not quite as black and white as it can first appear.

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

In the the pre season friendlies we played our young lads against the wakey first team at Belle Vue and beat them 16- 24 - and the margin should have been bigger. Our young lads are better than their first team never mind their youngsters

maybe your right i could have research it better but do you feel getting on your high horse and strutting about is helping you win friends. no and dont you call me a ass.

I always find these types of comments funny, like RBA is jm or nh.

Are trying to say that being a fan of a club does not make one personally responsible for all actions of said club?

We agree you should research rather than swallow the fictions of ignorant wakey posters. That way you do not make asinine statements.

If you think that pointing out facts about my club or wakey is getting on a'high horse' so be it. You seem more comfortable with rumours.

You know exactly how the term raped was meant. It was meant in the term of asset striping. If you want to take into my post more then their ever was then go for it. Your post was a deliberate attempt to drag this thread off it's intention and on to talk about Rovers. You do it all the time and after constant short term bans always weam your way back. You act okay for 2 days and then return to your usual drivel.
