The concept seems to be more european ultras.

You can't knock the hard work some of our fans have put in, it will really improve the atmosphere on game day and its more than most fans are doing.

They are similar. Fair play to whoever has payed and designed the flags but I can't see how having flags will "improve your atmosphere".

The "Ultras" is a daft idea though, IMO. European Ultras have a bad reputation all around the world and are renoun for hooliganism. It's rugby league not European football.
