It was more to do with the suggestion of FC fans being more loyal than KR fans... and just as an addition to that...In the mid-80s, for example we'd average 12-13,000 whilst Rovers even in their back to back Championship wins could only pull in 8-9,000.
Similar to now, i can see History repeating itself here...
Again, if you can read, which I assume you can, you would realise the suggestion was that rovers have more loyal fans than FC.

You certainly have a lot more of those... The well known web site and type in "hull fc lap of honour" to see what i mean... Since we joined S/L i've seen (as you have) Rovers get some sluggings, even by your side, but i've not seen our stand, be it home or away, empty quite as fast as (i've seen on a number of occasions) yours does when things are not going well. Hence the question, "Will Hull FC be doing a 65 min pass this season?"

Hull KR 20 - 60 Warrington A fair few started to leave to chants of "we can see you sneaking out" from the east stand, the rest supported our team and enjoyed the fantastic rugby that Warrington put on for us. That's the only time I've seen numbers leaving 'early' other than the normal traffic beaters every week, and it was with about 10 mins left, not 25.
How must the team feel applauding an empty stand already dejected from the loss. They'll have to get used to it though if they process the much anticipated Airlie bird season ticket.

Your fans are not any more loyal on average than any other club. Why can't you understand this?

But winning games does get bigger crowds
"They supercede individuals, they supercede the team and they supercede the club. Our club is a traditional, working class club and the supporters are loyal and passionate and to see them go away happy really makes my day." Craig Sandercock.
