In 2008 we had 2 home derbies, in 2009 we had just one and got to welcome Crusaders for the first time so a fall of 27 was probably better than expected - perhaps explained by our stronger performance on the pitch. Last year it did drop by about 3-4%. Hopefully it'll at least stabilise in 2011, but it is difficult to say.
The rhetorical question is a weak trolling strategy, btw. Very well exemplified by Kingston Droolers' recent 'Is he here yet?' theme. We're not even having to resort to taunts about Tansey (gingerspice's misdemeanor apart ), we've just got SirStan picking them off with his laser-guided facts.

Could have had them castrated and still predict a hammering for the dullers.

What was the capacity of the Boulevard in 2000? HFC average attendance 5,940 What was the capacity of the Boulevard in 2002? HFC average attendance 6,928 Don't you just love it when Hull fans go on about loyal supporters... 2003 the move to the KC, HFC average attendance 11,598 2007 the Mighty Hull KR earn their place in S/L, HFC average attendance 14,606
With this loyalty i'm suprised the boulevard had to be sold and your club had to merge to clear it's debts.
And one more stat.. Since our inaugural season in 2007 our average attendance is up 1281 and HullFC's is down 1137.

Lies, damned lies and statistics.
In 2007 we had two home derbies, each pulled in over 23,000.
You are fighting a losing battle with attendance figures. Hull have had a higher average every season since 1977-78. We've generally pulled in 50% more than Rovers. In the mid-80s, for example we'd average 12-13,000 whilst Rovers even in their back to back Championship wins could only pull in 8-9,000.
Lets also not forget it's not so long ago when Rovers struggled to get over 1,000.

Where in my post do i suggest otherwise?... It was more to do with the suggestion of FC fans being more loyal than KR fans... and just as an addition to that...In the mid-80s, for example we'd average 12-13,000 whilst Rovers even in their back to back Championship wins could only pull in 8-9,000.
Similar to now, i can see History repeating itself here...

When the lady quoted in your sig said you agreed on practically everything, I assume this was the exception that proves the rule.
Hull have more fans than Rovers, this is true.

You do realise the post I was responding to don't you? Both fans have their fair set of loyal and fickle fans. Just we have more of both, that's all.
