If they'd brought in Sting, Nash, Hall, Hogan and Bischoff. AND the politics hadn't been "these WCW guys can't work/are dangerous in the ring" and the WCW guys were allowed to win occasionally then the Invasion angle wouldn't have been such a farce

Jeff the God of Biscuits wrote:The way they built Jerry up before the ladder match, the Legend, the former World Champion who'd never had a shot at WWE gold built him up in such a way to say, yes he is old, yes he's a part time wrestler but he has one last run in him and has all the experience in the world in which to beat the young upstart champion. I agree with this program and agree with Lawler as the #1 contender. Because he will make the Miz in this program.

Is that going to get people excited potentially buying wrestlemania? or even the elimination chamber?
which is what the next 61 days should be about, surely?

Usually when channels get added/removed on Freeview you need to perform a re-tune of your channels, as it's not done automatically like on Sky or Virgin.

JR's thoughts on Sting and the WWE. Taken from lord of pain.
"Cutting to the chase, I don't see Sting in WWE any time soon and especially not in the ring vs. the Undertaker in the Georgia Dome. I do think that Sting would be well served to explore potential marketing opportunities with WWE especially considering that all his 'greatest hits' which were in WCW are now owned by WWE."

JR is always 'working' - even on his own website.

As long as he's replacing Cole, I might just start watching SD again.
