I hope the RFL are not seeing this as a way of getting rid of teams like ourselves into the amatuer set up.
I can see it now 'Let's have two leagues. SL and SL wanabees! We'll ditch the rest.'

The RFL have made no bones about the fact they like the Keepmoat and want it as an option for internationals and cup games which they can do a lot easier with professional Rugby League being played there. Like criteria based systems or not, this is a time it could actually work in our favour

Do you honestly see us getting into CC just on the back of the Keepmoat?

Stranger decisions have happened, and it kept Huddersfield in Super League for years. But I would like to think we can develop our community work to get brownie points and more importantly improve on the pitch before that time to meet other criteria

I agree. Let's keep our fingers crossed, but it is worrying what the outcome of this will be.

The RFL like the Keepmoat Stadium because the management let then have the use of the stadium at a very competitive price

Luck is a combination of preparation and opportunity

Just to avoid confusion Starbug is the username of Steven Pike

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

Nah! They would not be able to compete with the ale on offer at the Keepmoat.

War does not determine who is right - only who is left.

Thank God I'm an atheist.
