Seems a perfectly acceptable comment to make in this thread to me. and to be fair, you were involved in a lot of the middle bit! Now whether or not this thread has gone too much off topic by a debate into how conversation works is another matter

Just to confuse things further, I actually meant that a amateur player could have a stormer on Sunday against the Dons and by the time we got our act together he would be allowed to go somewhere.

I m sure other people on this forum could name more players than myself who in the past lived in Doncaster or even played in 'A' or youth teams of the Dons but were allowed to leave.

I think we should give a massive thanks to Gary Warner for stumping up £500 for the Amateur Rep. shirts, and the Donny District and Supporters trust for the Polo shirts and warm up shirts.
Nice to see Gary win the raffle in the bar after the match.

Would appreciate if somebody could confirm the Teams cant find anything in the local press and surprised there was no match report in the league express
