Simple, he was 20% fit before, he is now 42% fit now, thats 110% improvement in fitness...

i wouldnt say clinton was better then o'meley but i would agree with the rest

Whiting Vs Shaun Briscoe (Real FB)
Sharp Vs Peter Fox (Experience in the big games, and for now a better player)
Manu Vs Kris Welham (Only at centre, reckon his speed will make Manu too tired to do as much in attack)
Yeaman Vs Jake Webster (looking very good this pre season, and when fit he does look like he can produce great stuff)
Briscoe Vs Liam Colbon (From the times ive seen him last season, and Colbon doesnt look like the player he was when starting out at HKR)
Turner Vs Blake Green (again limited that weve seen green but looks like a gem, turner probs wont even be at the game)
Long Vs Michael Dobson (our key man, even though long can produce the stuff i think his time as gone)
O’Meley Vs Joel Clinton (either or, im sure many can come up with many reasons why each is better)
Houghton Vs Ben Fisher (not seen him this year but still think he takes some beating, Fish as got experience but not got the same skill)
Lauaki Vs Mick Vella (penalty machine Lauaki is still a complete liability)
Westerman Vs Clint Newton (imo Westerman will be a great player for FC but Newts size should keep him quiet - will be a very good contest)
Tickle Vs Ben Galea (brilliant rugby brain and cant see Tickle doing anything that Benny G cant handle)
Fitzgibbon Vs Scott Murrell (Complete leader, great player, against a better then average player who punches well above his weight - will be a good contest hopefully)

Moa Vs Scott Wheeldon (Again each to there own, Moa wouldnt suit HKR style of play but may make more impact off bench)
Cunningham Vs Josh Hodgson (Not seen Cunningham but doesnt have the big game experience, does he?)
Washbrook Vs Liam Watts (Future GB and should hammer the yards in coming off the bench against a tiring defence)
Lyne Vs Ben Cockayne (Better utility options if injuries play a part, more experienced, just needs a cool head - Lyne will be one to watch this season mind.)
