Rovers feel selling the Home and Away shirts at different times makes sense and I can see where they are coming from. Before Christmas if they release both then do fans buy both or do they choose the one they like the best. I know I can't afford both at that time of year. The away shirt launched after Christmas when the purse strings are lighter would make me more likely to go out and then buy the Away shirt where i may not have done so earlier as the novelty of the shirts coming out has possibly worn off. So instead of buying one I buy two. If this wasn't the case Rovers wouldn't stick with two shirt launches.
What do you mean "it makes sense" your deluding yourself to say it makes sense, if that was rovers marketing ploy then they want shooting ! thats like saying "as a club how can we scre* our loyal fan base out of as much coin as possible,
All other sporting clubs predominantly release both home and away stripes together! so the supporter can have the choice.
