It is a warts and all account of a career that spanned both sides of the world and lasted for over thirty years and is a book that will be enjoyed by many rugby league fans. i read it last week while on holiday, a lot of the content was regarding aus in the early years, al in all, well worth a read. sounded like he really enjoyed his time in england, especially with hull kr. he played all the way through the year too, here in winter, then back to aus for a season!!
