Bilko, any idea why are they not going the whole hog with BBC1, ITV, C4 & C5 as well ??? seems a bit stupid when these have got their own HD channels on the Sly platform ?????

Think it's to do with regional variations on those channels, either because of regional specific programmes on BBC1 and ITV or regional specific adverts (the others and ITV). Apparently the HD channels are national (i.e. London centric) and the TV companies want the regional specific channel on the most obvious channel number - 101, 103 etc.
