Hoping they are all wrong to be honest. I know the club is financially weak compared to most Premier League sides, but those lists sound like they have bought tickets to the Championship. I'm still praying for some exciting young foreign player to sign or for the club to pull some big name loan signing out of the hat.

If there is anyone on here again who protests that Mark Hughes was harshly treated, I present you Joleon Lescott.
This is quite clearly one of the worst centre halves I have ever seen in a City shirt yet Hughes spent weeks, maybe months, chasing his signature. Moyes took the mickey out of him and ended up receiving £25 million.
In the three months following his signing, we were a defensive shambles and Hughes paid the ultimate price. Put this guy in the side now and we are equally as bad. Luckily, it has not cost us a point yet and after tonight I am sure Mancini will see the light as everyone else does. It's happening every time he plays. Lescott is a pub player and if Everton fans ever rated him then it says a lot about their limited ambitions in football.
Moyes made Hughes look a right dick over this move. Thank Christ Hughes has gone and I really do believe Mancini has now finally seen this imposter for what he is.
MANCHESTER CITY - PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPIONS 2011-12 BORUSSIA DORTMUND - BUNDESLIGA CHAMPIONS 2011-12 CELTIC - SPL CHAMPIONS 2011-12 ALEMANNIA AACHEN - HOPELESS 2011-12 ST. HELENS RLFC - ER.. 3 OUT OF 5 AIN'T BAD!

Lescott was brilliant at Everton. Perhaps better at left back but a star.in either position. Perhaps its just better coaching at Everton than City. Moyes has made Mancini look daft a couple of times already.

watched Man City v Leicester City last night and would just like to congratulate the referee on having a great game - this guy has been through personal hell and survived and it's great to see him back Well played Mr Halsey - one day maybe all referees will be like you ?

It has got worse during the 00's for some reason.
Where does it say an Everton fan did it btw? He says he thinks it might have been. The other rumour is that a Red knew a blue was in there so slashed his throat?
Either way, regardless, this shouldn't happen between human beings regardless of whether it was to do with football.

Think its more to do with Lescott's ego. He came to Everton all shy and Moyes got the best out of him, by the end nobody bothered with JL as he thought he was a little more important than he was. As is being proved now at Man City.

Mark Halsey is a great ref. Very fair and and without an ego. Glad he's back.
