I must admit I wasn't expecting any Patriots player to do anything so it suprised me, it is quite sly and funny though and beats just coming out and saying he hates the Jets or Rex Ryan
I don't see the point in anyone from either team saying anything to be honest it's not going to effect what happens in the game, whoever plays the best on the day/scores the most points will win, the trash talking from both teams is just pointless and I think it shows nervousness from all the players/people that do it more than anything else.

Aye I think he's a good coach too, I think the Panthers just needed a fresh start all around and he has got himself a good job aswell so it's a win win situation.

I take it the Panthers are still looking for a new coach ?

He'll end up at the Cowgirls IMO. They are supposed to be going after Rob Ryan as D Coordinator and he is a big fan of Aso. I can't see any other "contenders" paying him as much as Dallas and he wont want to play for a poor team like Oakland again.
Aso would be more than welcome at the Packers though, like the last excellent Oakland corner Charles Woodson, if he'd play nickel.

I read a story saying how winning is more important that money in this move for Aso. If that's the case, the team is te key thing. There's no way he ends up in SD in reality. We've been close to winning for years but hae proved that the team doesn't have the back bone to get to the big one. The Cowboys will be all over him but he has worked under Al for years, would he want to go and live in Jerryland now?

Probably not but they are are a decent team with a chance to contend for the NFC if they pull things together. They are a genuinely talented team on offence but much like you guys they shoot themselves in the foot at key moments.
I don't see any other team being able to offer him the money needed to sign him. At his current price realistically i can only see Dallas and Washington being willing to pay it. If he is willing to take a pay cut then that brings in teams like Pittsburgh, New England and Indianapolis.
