I cant believe that its taken 5 weeks to get this topic up to 12 pages, when Hull FC had a similar issue last year with the Crocker will he/ wont he saga, the message boards were red hot.Whats the gut feeling with guys willie/ wont he !!??. If he doesnt come, how would you guys like to see the salary cap filled up ??

Deep down I do think he is coming, but then I do think there is more to it than just a visa issue, even the hull daily mail have gone quiet, just gotta be a bit more patient, I think if he isn't here by start of the season then maybe he won't be coming, and if he doesn't he doesn't simples.

I can't be bothered to dig up the thread - but it only went red hot after his (Crocker's) initial application was rejected iirc. At this stage the similarities with the Crocker situation are limited, IMO - this is more like the Clinton situation for now. Gut feeling is still that he'll be here eventually - hopefully soon. The quiet traffic is because there isn't much to say. The Hull board is much busier generally too - 12 on here is like 30 on there, I reckon. Plus our main troll is currently unavailable for comment.

Well the 'in the know' socklovers on here have said he'd be coming on the following dates -
23rd November 2010 7th December 2010 Between Xmas and New Year first week Jan 2011 7th Jan 2011
Bottom line is i don't think anybody really knows when he is coming and i'd probably include Rovers in that.
But who knows??
