We will also have beaten the winner of the NFC west whoever that may be. The Rams in the last minute and have blown the Seahawks out 2 seasons in a row.

We have shut out the 49ers @ Candlestick and were the 1st team to do that to them since the 70's. We have gone to Arizona and although close in the end started to run away with it in the 3rd.

All in all regardless of if we get in the playoffs or not (which a couple of pundits are saying we will) it has been a successful season.

Think even the coaches are surprised how well you've done this year, Morris has been on record as saying it's work in progress!

Some stats that may surprise you about the young Bucs:

- Caddilac was our starting RB from weeks 1-7... we averaged 82.9 ypg (Half of which came from Graham and Freeman)

- Legarette Blount took over in week 8... we now average 148.5 ypg

- Blount has only started 7 games but has run for 941 yards averaging 5.2 ypc

- Josh Freeman has thrown the 4th fewest interceptions of all starting quarterbacks in the league (Big Ben, Cassell & Brady being the 3 with less)

- Only TWO quarterbacks in NFL history have had 5 TD/0 INT games before their 23rd birthday. Josh and some bum named Marino

- We are the 1st team since 1970 that has started 10 rookies and had a winning season

- With 924 receiving yards this season, Mike Williams has a shot at passing 1,000. No rookies have done that since Marques Colston

- Williams has also scored 10 TDs. Since the 1970 merger, only two wide receivers in NFL history have had 1,000 yards and 10 touchdowns in their rookie year (John Jefferson and Randy Moss).

Very much so. The youthfulness of the team means that even us fans dont know whats going to happen week to week. What we do know is that when these guys mature and become more consistent we will have a QB heading towards elite status and a hell of a good attack around him. The rest of the team will cut out the mistakes and as we add depth around our core things will only get better.

As a journo for NFL.com said earlier today. We will see far more 10-6 seasons than 6-10 seasons over the coming years.

The NFC South looks like it will be an awesome division for the next few years. Think of this... Freeman v Ryan v Brees home and away every year. Its mouthwatering.
