Even crocker didn't get all this hype the thing is Fc fans are just waiting to rub our noses in it if he fails to arrive for what ever reason, the same newspaper said two weeks ago that he was on his way so they are tripping themselves up.

Once again Ginge you seem to be speaking for F.C. fans. How do you know we are waiting to rub your noses in it?
Mason will be an addition to S.L. as far as I am concerned, and for all the hype he is not going to win the league single handed.
As for Crocker,I was disappointed at the time, but I reckon either Ogre or Fitz
are adequate replacements.

Hey Hey less of the ginge tetian of you dont bloody well mind :P

1) If Willie Mason was to get a Tongan passport, then this would not enable Rovers to sign another overseas player as Mason would still be classed as "overseas trained" - only overseas players signed before Feb 2008 who have European passports (i.e. Fisher, Vella, Galea, Newton & Lovegrove) are exempt from the quota so references otherwise are simply down to lazy and inaccurate journalism.

2) Just supposing Mason already has his visa, it would make more sense the Mason continues his pre-season preparation in a warmer climate where it will be more beneficial for him than training in these arctic conditions.

3) Then there's a logistics point of view of making travel arrangements when we have the goings on at Heathrow etc.

People need to chill and have more trust in our board who deliver time and time again.

I've every confidence Mason will be lining up against FC in Cardiff.

Hello Kat. If you're familiar enough with us to know that, you'll understand why I'm  .

Nice that you joined the board at 6:42 pm, at least.

Indeed.

Wouldn't be silly enough to have a West Yorkshire IP address, bound to be a proxy...

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Frederick Douglas

One simple comment to remind people that General Zod has been uber confident and boastful about Mason's arrival date before and been wrong has caused undue excitement and paranoia on here. Stop twitching. Like Kats with fleas. :D
