I read a few reports, mostly on here I must say on the game he played against the Aussies and there seemed to be mixed feelings on his performances.
Anyhow, cant see him getting any first team action next season so I think it may be a while before you see him anywhere near McNamara's international squad.
I didn't actually mention that Lyne would be anywhere near the full England squad, i simply stated that Steve spoke very highly of him. FWIW i do respect alot of what Steve says and i think he has a great knowledge of the game, i'm not sure about his qualities as a coach but he's obviously well respected to get the job. We don't know him to judge.

We had the last laugh, courtesy of Wigan, and the inspirational genius that is the cheeky Mr Sam Tomkins. Strike a light, what a talent.
sometimes you do say some silly things MrsB,
"she fell over" may be your (and a few other saddos) iconic moment of Newtons season, and im sure that you would rather have beaten Rovers in the play offs and then lost to Wigan too. believe it or not, theres nothing wrong with losing to the best team in the land MrsB.
