hopefully Wakey will find some money from some where, or they could be another Halifax/leigh/Fev/Widnes all big old teams down in the lower leagues, and struggling to get out.

I would assume that any other club having lost points for financial problems would go, but I'd be willing to bet that Crusaders won't.
