Interesting season ahead for us Leythers. Basil has ditched a lot of contracted players and resigned others on greatly reduced terms. Paul and Ridyard have had time to recover from the injuries that ruined the second half of the season and Ellis has been added to strengthen this area, imo he will start at 6. Armstrong and Blythe the 2 DC's so far, and Nash will be like a new signing as he missed most of last season. Some good kids moving into the squad through the system, watch out for Nicholson who will be at hooker and Pownall FB/Wing, Hopkins is a big lad in the back row and the final one being Briscoe. New signings McGilvray, Thornley and Littler will add in key areas with Govin and Gorski on trial at present.

Gives a mix of props. Hill, Bibey, Thornley[/b], Meekin (back from season loan) Taylor and[b] Nash to step up
