The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

Catalan averaged 6805 last season where they spent the majority of the time camped in the bottom 2 spots. Wakefield as an example averaged 5983 and when you consider they will get a better following of away supporters than Catalans due to geography it shows how well Catalans have done. To get rid of them would be plain daft.

Bigger crowds for a start, we know from previous they are capable of pulling in large crowds. Quins have never had a large crowd have they??? Crusaders are making headlines for all the wrong reasons, not a great advert for the RFL when clubs are falling apart financially. Quins have also been guilty of struggling financially as well and got bailed out by the RFL.
When Widnes had financial problems they had to sort it out themselves, and to their credit they have done and will benefit far greater from it.

Please do not take this personally, but that is a typical small town mentality.
Without Quins and Catalans and Crusaders we'd lose the Sky cash overnight, there is a world outisde the M62, Widnes failed and had to be bailed out, they could not compete in SL. Bigger crowds do not count when it comes to TV and press coverage.
By the way, everyone, on the first Sunday of December, Bon Noel!
Shhh! It's talk like that which could seriously shake the belief systems of many league supporters, some of whom have only just accepted the world isn't flat and that you don't fall off the edge just off the coast of Withernsea (though reports do suggest is it the booty end of the world).
Personally I'd like to see a Cumbrian side, but they just aren't strong enough and would add nothing apart from geography.
Can't see that Halifax would add anything either.
I'd swap Widnes for Crusaders, unless Crusaders go back to South Wales. I think it's scanadalous that a team given a franchise place on expansion grounds is now 30 mins away from the heartlands; and not solvent.
I'd also like time to be called on the London experiment, but can't see that happening.
