I didn't say he was better I said he was a bigger capture, i.e. a bigger name, which he undoubtebly is... sure maybe he'll flop in SL next year but it's not likely.

Don't talk stupid!!!!

Briscoe is one of the most exciting prospects in this country for a long time, Houghton is fast turning into an international quality hooker if not already.

Watts i'll give you, but Welham is little better than average...

This is before we bring Reece Lyne into this!!

Also Morgan has done notably better in certain positions i.e. they got Dobson, we got an ageing, injury-prone Long, O'Meley was a big capture for us, Mason a bigger one for them.

In terms of how you measure success, looking again from the point of view of an Aussie coming over you'd look at how the two clubs have performed over the last few years... I'm 99.9% sure you wouldn't care less about what community work the club is doing or what operating profit they were making (as long as you were sure you'd get paid).

   mason is past it!!! and still hasnt got his visa, even though he claimed he would be here on wednesday!!mason pimped himself to the biggest pension provider  .

Like I say if you had used Wigan or Warrington as your measuring tool then fair enough but I dont see what more Rovers have to offer then Hull.

As things stand both clubs are fairly equal on the pitch and neither are the bookies favourites for silverware (although Hull are better odds then KR for next year :D )

Willie Mason has been signed to make some money for KR - put bums on seats and good luck to them he is an exciting player.

Both coaches have a bit to prove next year if both boards have any ambition.

If you are not part of the solution then you are more likely part of the problem...

Funny that, I seem to remember Mason having one of his best seasons ever last year.. If he doesn't make it over then that's all the better for us, but we're hardly in a position to crow about it after crocker?

Well I don't think you'd find many people that would argue that those prospects were similar but we've already established you have some very dodgy opinions...I'm sorry if I missed all those dazzling Rhys Lynn performances last year though

But the point you were making was that Morgan makes better signings... you can't say that Mason is a better signing if he hasn't played!! He maybe a bigger name, but along with that comes a bigger wage and a bigger ego. Ultimately a bigger risk!!
