fair enough

No, I was commenting on at what point was venturing out in snow a sensible idea. Obviously going out for late night shopping is not advisable

Open front door to check
think "not a chance"
go back to bed

job done!

Got the kids to collect. I know the 1079 is fine and so is the M62 so just the roads in Hull!

its lashing it down in beverley at the moment. actually is lashing the right verb to use when dealing with snowfall? what word you you use to describe snow as opposed to rain? chucking, pattering, splattering?

snow plough drivers and road gritters need to get home after shift

They should drive them home, no excuse then for the Councils to say the staff were unable to get to work to take the Gritters and Ploughs out

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
