We have stayed at Tossa,Palamos and Lloret and as has been said already it all depends what you want.Tossa is quiet and fairly small,which is great for families Lloret is more lively which suited our purposes this year as it was four lads.
We flew from Leeds Bradford to Girona.
Try organising it yourself,I usually hire a car for the week,pick up and drop off at airport,book hotel on net and just go,Last year with everything in 5 nights in Lloret 2 Perps flights and insurance all came to £250 each.Only downside was worrying if we would have our return flight cancelled due to the Ash cloud .
Not going to ours this year. To early in year,been down the weekend route before and didn't enjoy it.
Driving times from airport to resort about hour and half,Resort to Perps about 2 hours.
