Very good.
I'll be there with my new shirt on.
Which is better, the home or away strip?

A second 'friendly' is also close to being confirmed.

The Dons will take on a 'Doncaster Select' team featuring players from Bentley Good Companions, Doncaster Toll Bar and Moorends Marauders.

The fixture, at one time mooted for Boxing Day, looks more likely to take place at the Keepmoat Stadium on Sunday 30th January 2011, one week after the Hull FC fixture.

Should be a cracker!

Dons against a Donny Amateur Select, is an excellent idea Carl, and deserves a good crowd on the day.

Lets hope it becomes a regular pre season game.

I personally think we don't play a friendly early enough.
By the time we are up and running we are behind the rest.

Read the article in todays Free Press and I really hope that it goes well. The intention and the idea behind it cannot be faulted and a very well done to all concerned.

Looks like of the 24 players confirmed for 2011, only two will not be available for Sundays match against Hull.

Long-term absentees Grant Edwards and Aaron Dobek (who are both recovering from surgery) are the pair who definitely miss out.
