What a riposte! Like a stab to the heart from Porthos, Baron du Vallon de Bracieux de Pierrefonds.
I'm cut to the quick, how will I ever recover...
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

1200 more spaces in the east stand and I think there's a great chance that would mean a larger proportion of pass holders which could amount to around 250k (roughly) per year for the club.

So, the NHS are basically building you a new stand?
I thought there was a recession, with large public sector cuts? I'll tell my wife about it. She'll no doubt be delighted that her pay freeze this year is paying for your east stand extension.
Don't get me wrong, I'm pleased you are expanding your ground, and it's for the benefit of the club and sport in Hull, but at this current time I would suggest the NHS should be spending their money more wisely?

No, they are contributing to the project, in return they will have premises under the stand to promote healthy living in East Hull (if that's not an oxymoron).

How much would it cost would it cost to build this on there own?. They would have to buy the land get planning , then pay for it to be built complete with access roads and such. Would that have been cheaper i doubt it
