Although I would have gotten someone who can use Photoshop properly to do the picture

I assume there'll be a consultation and Kooga will present options for the club to choose from. It is fair to blame Kooga for manufaturing issues IMO, less so for design - unless they completely ignore guidance/advice from the club. There must have been a pretty convincing sales pitch or 'vision' to get that Wigan one through the net. That is why they call it powerpoint - it has the power to make bad ideas look good; temporarily.

Trouble is when you rush you can tend to get home shirts that dont match the sleeves and an away kit that looks like a packet Cigs.. l
ets wait and see what ours looks like first before we panic.

Should be an announcement either today or tommorow supposedly isn't there.

I love the way Kooga are getting the blame for shirt designs, they work the same way every other supplier does.
Sheet of sample designs to guide you, if you want something totally different you can change the design to whatever you want and the colours are chosen by the club also.
All Kooga do is design to the clubs spec and then make the sample to show them what it would look like!!
Someone at the club has designed this years 'effort'
