Interesting take on the subject:
http://www.truecoloursfootballkits.com/truecolours/replica-jerseys-vs-supporters-jerseys

Even though I disagree with it! :P

I like the shirt.

It really is laughable how wound up some people are getting. It is still a Warrington shirt.

Now The Wire.

It's because they're charging more than ever before for a shirt that is a supporters version. Yes don't give us the fit and technical features, we don't need those but don't give us a shirt that looks different to what the players wear along with lower quality all for a higher price.

It's only because I'm disappointed that the club and ISC aren't making the most of what can be a very lucrative opportunity for the club and ISC.

The poll on the official site asking what supporters are buying stands at;

Total Votes: 1086
Home Shirt : 411 (38%)
Neither shirts : 278 (26%)
Both shirts : 231 (21%)
Away Shirt : 166 (15%)

has anyone told the club this?

everyone who isn't satisfied now. get on hotmail or gmail or w/e and send them a message saying you don't like the shirt.

no excuse.

i haven't had a chance to feel one yet. (I live in sunny hull)

Things I learned on 11/08/12

Gareth Hock can't pass
Gareth Hock can't run
Gareth Hock can't fight

I'm assured he can snort a line of coke the size of a Mecca dauber though.

Yep already emailed the club - mainly about using the wrong images in the first place on the website - they were soon updated

Their main point is that they never say that the shirts are replicas ...... read into that what you will

I don't care what the material is like on the supporters jerseys. So long as its comfortable and of a reasonable design.

And thats why nothing will change because people don't care!!!! Really sad

What do you expect them to do?

WW: Hello, is that ISC. Warrington Wolves here?
ISC: Yes, how can we help you?
WW: Slight problem. Those shirts? Our fans don't like them.
ISC: Oh dear, sorry to hear that; why?
WW: Two issues. Firstly, they say the quality is poor.
ISC: Well, it's made out of cotton, it's the same stuff we use for other similar style shirts and it's durable. Have they fallen apart?
WW: Hard to say, they've only been on sale 5 minutes.
ISC: And they're saying the quality is poor?
WW: Apparently so. Second issue is...they don't look like the players version.
ISC: In what way?
WW: Well, the collar is different and the hoops aren't aligned in the same way.
ISC: And they're complaining about that?
WW: Yes.
ISC: [Hangs up]
WW: Hello...hello?

Me: I'm still reeling from the news that someone is considering watching the 1st and 3rd game on Saturday and NOT watching Warrington play. It's like being in Shea Stadium when the Beatles came to town and deciding to nip out for a fag.

knockersbumpMKII: Is it FOOK, you're good but you're not THAT good, jesus you wanky fans need to get over yourselves, Beatles at the Shea in '65 was a once in a lifetime opportunity for some (despite the following years performance), you can watch a very good team in primrose & yellow play every week if you really wanted to but comparing it to one of the very best music groups of all time in an iconic stadia such as the shea is overegging your importance, you're not even the best team in SL atm

only problem is, leeds shirt is a thicker nylon, and it is brilliant, its like the canterbury shirts from a few years ago, thin enough but not too thin, and not too thick either. brilliant material, and the kit is exactly the same as the ones the players will wear only stretched out for the bigger bellies like myself
