Hopefully this will give the club a chance to get off on an even footing next season instead of being saddled by historic debts from the previous owners' disasterous financial management, the club deserves that much after a successful first year in Wrexham. Fingers crossed.

This is true, did us wonders but without sl! And with respect that 'old debt' was took on by current owners and was it not also accrued in getting the club it's SL franchise in the first place?

Samuel is a slime ball who basically makes money by giving people dreams and then snatching them away. The RFL should never of got into bed with him and have unfortunately paid the price!

Even Footing? Thats a classic. If everything was based on an even footing then you wouldn't be anywhere near super league and also you wouldn't be able to have a team full of aussies. The fact that the club is based in Wales is the only reason why you are even in super league.

Are the RFL going to do the same to you lot as they have to Blackpool? Are they chuff.

Bring back promotion and relgation and let clubs earn there right to be in super league.

Good luck Crusaders from A Warrington fan. Wouldn't pay too much notice to people who would rather have Hunslet etc in because of tradition. In my opinion, Wakefield, Castleford and Featherstone should all be forced to merge into one team. This in effect giving them (hopefully) An average gate of 8000 apx. By doing this, they can a; stop moaning about Crusaders and b; free up a super league place for another team. Ie Widnes, Barrow or even a local womens team from there area. Anything to stop there moaning.

I agree with you on your points but it hardly good for expansion of the game!

IMO the RFL needs to make its mind up,

We either go with the model they have now, expansion, bringing through home grown youth so we can compete with Aus & NZ, creating better stadia etc but make sure it is a level playing field, because it currently isn't.

Or back to P&R which is a fairer system, that all other sports use, which in effect will not achieve the gains the RFL are chasing via the existing model.

I am in favour of the model in use at present even though my club has been dumped on, along with other Champ clubs, as I want to see our sport spread and improve, but the system is flawed as the RFL will break their own rules to keep expansion clubs going.

Come on RFL make up your minds you can't have it both ways, you are turing our sport into a joke.
