Look there's a market for retro gear - tap into it. Had a look on Octopus Sport (Retro Rugby's site), they managed to sell out all sizes of the Hanson White Print retro shirt they did, Rovers fans (and Hull fans) love classic gear, you know it makes sense.

There is no money in it, trust me, otherwise Hull and Rovers would of made retro shirts pal.
Best thing to do is hope that Kooga design a decent shirt sometime in your lifetime

I'd buy retro.
But I WILL NOT, under any circumstances buy off the internet - too much fraud - so rely on shops.
But, of course, you don't find retro Hull gear in Pauline's Gift shop or Chinese Laundry. If I could visit a shop supplying clean, used Hull FC kit I'd buy all my Christmas presents from there. Gap in the market, methinks.

Hull have on a few occassions, + presumably they've sold out their stock each time, otherwise they'd still be stuck with it which I don't believe they are.
Obviously that's never going to happen, so IMO there's a golden chance for someone in Hull to pick up the ball and run with it. Take it and sprint Digger.

Hmm, partly agree about fraud, although it is possible to weed out the dodgy sellers on auction websites, e.g. if you buy from a seller with 100% positive feedback it's usually quite safe.

By the time we have buggered about designing it, making it and shipping it the mark up would be rubbish unless you charged around £75 a shirt and who is going to pay that for a retro jersey?
Plus there is the small matter of the clubs stamping their feet and complaining about use of badge/design etc.

Mental eh, IMO you'd be doing nothing wrong - if Rovers want to continue having a very poor range of merchandise in this area I don't see why independent businesses can't give fans what they want.
