Seemed a bit harsh accusing me of being banjaxed at about eight in the morning.
Don't really collect them, but I do like rugby (and football shirts), and like most fans have views on what makes a good or bad Rovers shirt, that's all.

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Because we don't want exactly the same shirt year after year. Last seasons was good anyway

Personal taste of course, but in my opinion the club should be instantly recognizable as soon as you see the shirt. Minor changes to the white shirt with a red band theme.

If you are happy to shell out 45 quid a year for a shirt that only had minor changes then so be it, I doubt everyone is

It was beyond awful (away shirt not too bad,, described as black and white by some commentators, anyway ). I like the Peru football shirt idea. Looks a bit like a Miss World sash.

Whats random about it, it's A Rovers home shirt. Red and White, tradition is all well and good but a boring white shirt with a red band wouldn't be a massive seller year on year i'm afraid. The shirt and it's style needs to be different every single season to get the sales the club expects.
