If they're tapping into Shropshire that would mean more players for England to choose from too.

Why can't they find enough in Wales ? Or is this a case of expanding the game of rugby league into England, now that its so well established in Wales.

It isn't only Shropshire. They're not going to look north, west and south but then cover their eyes when it comes to the east, are they?

Ellesmere College is only about 10 miles from Wrexham. It makes sense to look close to home, even if it's just over the border.
