Don't know if it has been posted on here, but apparently Leeds Planners, I assume they are Leeds District are asking for the application to be called in. That would probably massively delay the planned start date of February

Just like Sheffield asked for the Leeds arena to be called in, but guess what, it wasn't.
There have been 0 public inquiries called since the Con-Dems took office in May. Can't see this being the exception.

One things I know for certain is that Rodney Walker is not the kind off guy to throw his money away on lost causes. For him to do this suggest he KNOWS for certain that this one is going to run.
