Even if he doesn't get a visa, IMO there's no chance of him been refused, you'll still get more people getting season passes through the signing.
It's a win win situation for hkr.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

Correct, but it's one thing announcing a signing subject to visa, this is altogether different, and would have been vetoed had there been the slightest uncertainty over the visa. So Mike Smith or whoever approved this at the club must have got the nod, as Bobbins hints at, and this is a good idea to spin out the build-up to Mason's mid November arrival for pre season. Good work all round.

Not sure how likely that is at this stage as a pass for the RM stand (if there are any left, doubt it) is now £269 - think most people will have signed up already before the end of the discount period. Rovers sold 6,900 passes last year. It would be impressive to top 7,400, but the Mason factor will have already kicked you would think.

Not sure. The fence sitters can always be convinced by a little bit of publicity.
