In fairness, Millward stated in the Journal that he expected Littler to sign this week along with the dual contract players.

i've learned not to count my chickens where Leigh are concerned and with your sporting interests i would have though you'd be the same LOL

Not counting any chickens Wayne, not overly bothered about us signing Littler or not (though I'm sure he'd do a great job) and I must admit I thought we'd knock the duals on the head after the issues of the back end of this past season.
