I do. The concept of the way the club is now run financially is sound it would appear and certain people not involved in the club have to be thanked for its inception. Sound finance is the backbone of the clubs future and given that there is no reason that the club and everyone involved should not have happier days ahead. It is time to look forward and enjoy but just having the weather eye on past 'mistakes' so hopefully no repetition.
The Hull derby at the weekend read a little like a Dons past and present with Lee Gomersall, Brett Turner, Johan Windley, James Garmston and Paul Shaw in West Hull colours and Craig Poucher, Scott Johnson, Chris Lyth and Ryan Steen turning out for visitors East Hull.
I notice that the deal for Craig Cook to go to Toulouse was brokered by none other than former Doncaster coach Gary Wilkinson (Pro-Dynamic Sports Management Solutions).
Former Dons Full Back Jonny Woodcock is reported to be considering retiring from RL. The 29 year-old will take a break from the game (although he may make a temporary switch to Union) whilst a final decision is made.
