Tony Smith can get teams to play for 80 mins but he failed to do this with England. I think he's the best coach England/GB have had in a while but perhaps there were other issues going off within the squad during the World Cup.

I don't rate McNamara as a coach and I think there is every chance we'll finish bottom.
