Brilliant ! Quaver in the microwave trick

Was talking to a mate who is a chef, he told me about this in the pub last night.
Dip a quaver in milk and microwave it for 30 seconds and hey presto it comes out like a giant prawn cracker.
Just tried it and its amazing.
