I for one am ecstatic about this signing. I truly believe craig has masses of ability und under a new coach can realise his potential. And I totally buy the whole confidence thing we have guys at work and no doubt the rest of you do who half of them need a good kick up the booty when they mess up and the other half need an arm around them telling them they will do better next time. I believe this is where good man management comes in and I believe Morgan has this in ubbundance and that agar has none

You could have just quoted me and saved yourself a lot of time. I suppose I should be honored

He isn't as quick as Hall, but I think his brain is quicker and he reads the game around our kick attack moves very well. You may relish Hall being our centre, but Welhams defence is now very good, which is maybe what Morgan is aiming to do with Hall, if he can get him defending like Welham does, he will be an asset to us with his pace and attacking skills.
I am still to be convinced about Hall, but he is here now and I am confident he will be receiving a far higher standard of coaching and conditioning at Rovers, so if he cannot do it here, he won't do it anywhere.
I'm really pleased Hall has signed because besides wanting to see my team win, I like to be entertained by watching quality attacking players with flair and pace and Hall certainly has these qualities regardless of his perceived frailties.
Hall has stated in the HDM that he's grateful to Richard Agar and Andy Last etc. but he surely must have doubted whether Agar and co. really had the knowledge or tools get get the best of a player like him and I'm sure he'll have far more trust and confidence under better guidance of a quality coach like JM.
If he gets a chance in the left centre, that would mean he'd be playing inside Willie Mason where he could be really useful feeding of Mason breaking the line/offloads etc.
i feel given time the coaching staff will get the best out of craig he does need to work on his defence. but a lot of fans know that, as does craig. I wish him well. im hoping blake green visa will come and i suspect another singing as justin said four or five to come?

A mouth watering prospect.
Motto of the week -
It is the way of the weak to secretly bleat to those in authority rather than fight their own battles.

You've made up a situation / excuse that doesn't exist with this "stick" you keep going on about.
Craig Hall, to my memory has always been supported by Hull FC fans. In fact, I think if there has ever been any frustration it is that he is simply not living up to his potential - and hasn't season on season, unlike players like Briscoe, Houghton etc. But I've never heard him in boo-ed or anything like that, well other than the odd individual idiot. You'll get a "groan" whenever a player makes a mistake in a good attacking position (which unfortunately Hall does a lot), but that is certainly not unique to either Hall or Hull FC - and if that is effecting him, well it illustrates the point about confidence quite clearly.
As much as it pains me to say it, Morgan is a better coach than Agar. Hall has been a "nearly" player for quite a few seasons. I'm hopeful for the lad that this is a good move for him and that he goes on to be the player I think he could be.

Please point out the part where I said the FANS gave him stick?
