Have noticed that Rovers have strengthened their backroom staff with the recent appointment of a Chief Executive and Commercial Manager but wondered if anyone knows the current position of coaching staff and are they still contracted for 2011.?
Continuity and stability IMO is essential if season on season progress is to be maintained as backroom stability the foundation to any succesful team.
Will recent goings an resignations at our inbred cousins lead to an increase in our backroom staff, with Crooks leaving and Harmon resigning.?
